The ATG Turnkey Automation is like no other. With ATG Turnkey Automation, you get not only wireless communication, but also an external gauge that can measure oil and water simultaneously. If your scada fails, you still have a reliable readout on location without having to put a person on the catwalk and manually gauge the tank. Having an external gauge also means cost savings and greater efficiencies with water and oil haulers. With ATG Turnkey Automation, all electronics are outside of the tank, which means no more buildup on the electronics causing inaccuracies. Also, Turnkey Automation is self-calibrating, so periodic recalibrations are a thing of the past. Standard Operation
All of our gauge designs have multiple patents and work off of a float system. I.E. as the floats move, so do the indicators. Float systems are proven to be the most reliable and accurate long term, with the fewest amount of problems. We have extended the longevity and improved the long term accuracy with modifications of our own through many years of experience finding out what works and what doesn’t.
